| We purchased a house in Ajijic Village with Juan Tenorio as our agent. We had previously bought and sold many houses in Canada. Juan's level of service and professionalism was the best we have ever seen. He fought to get us the best price on the property and held our hands through the whole process from start to finish. Juan even had all the services in our new home switched over into our names upon closing. His aftercare was exemplary. | I put my house up for sale at several agencies for 2 years, not getting the result I ask Century21 AccessMex to find a buyer. My house was sold in 3 months. | I´m writing about is a realtor at Century21, San Antonio, Juan José González Villa. For the last few months I have gotten to know a bit about Juan. He has been my realtor while looking for property in the "Lago de Chapala" area. How can I start "Singing the Praises" of Juan! He has been so dedicated in putting up with me. It has not been easy for him; many things have been very difficult to me. His dedication to the property issue dealing with everything connected been outstanding! His dedication to me as a client in Mexico and being ignorant on just about all purchase issue has been trough and complete, I´m talking perseverance by him, and then dealing with me no less. | The real estate market at Lakeside has been difficult for more than a year. Century21 AccessMex listed my father´s home and set out a plan to get it sold, at a good price. Once that plan was implemented, the home took just a few months to close. This is my second real estate transaction with Century21 AccessMex. Neither transaction could or would have been accomplished without Cristina´s professional assistance. Our experience of buying our home in Ajijic could not have gone more smoothly and Cristina Rojas, our Realtor, guided us every step of the way in the purchase process with graciousness and attention to every detail. We met Cristina for the first time about six years before we decided to take the plunge and as we visited Ajijic during the winter over those interim years she was always available to update us, answer our questions about the market, and show us different houses from time to time. | I wanted to thank you again for the wonderful services your company, Century 21, provided me when it came to both the property management of my home in La Floresta, as well as the sale of the house. Because I had owned the house for over five years, I have had some experience with other property management firms and Real Estate Agencies, one of which listed my house for sale a few years ago. The experience I had with these agencies versus how your firm handled the rental and the sale of my house was, I'm happy to say, as different as night and day. To begin with, your staff is exceptionally professional. The Rental's Mannager worked extremely hard to keep my house maintained, no easy feat due to the large garden and pool. She also kept it rented on a regular basis. I never had to worry about my house in Mexico when I was back in the states because I knew it was well taken care of. When I decided to sell the house, both you and Carlos Andrade Leal handled the sale from start to finish so skillfully that I knew I was in good hands and that again, I could relax-something I don't always do easily! The only real problem that came up is that Carlos found a buyer for me so quickly, I wasn't as prepared as I could have been to do my part, which was to come to Mexico to sign the documents. You even arranged for an attorney to ensure that everything on my end was done easily, legally and properly. Overall, my experience with Century21 was very positive. Thank you Cristina, and your staff, for making the sale of my home such a positive venture. I hope that you, Carlos and your staff feel free to use me as a reference for Century 21 anytime.
