Because I had owned the house for over five years, I have had some experience with other property management firms and Real Estate Agencies, one of which listed my house for sale a few years ago. The experience I had with these agencies versus how your firm handled the rental and the sale of my house was, I’m happy to say, as different as night and day.
To begin with, your staff is exceptionally professional. The Rental’s Mannager worked extremely hard to keep my house maintained, no easy feat due to the large garden and pool.
